When Cletus Kasady came into contact with a spore of the alien costume worn by the villainous Venom, he was transformed from an ordinary killer into Carnage! Possessing superhuman strength, the ability to create weapons from the substance of his symbiotic outfit, and armed with the belief that life is meaningless, Carnage embarked on a rein of terror, killing innocent people simply because he could. It took the combined might of Spider-Man and Venom to bring Carnage to heel – but he’s since returned to menace society again!
